Flexible Spending Account - School District of Borough of Morrisville offers a way to save for out-of-pocket medical, prescription, dental, vision and daycare expenses on a pre-tax basis through a Section 125 Flexible Spending account. Enrollment is done once a year during the Open Enrollment Period around November to December. This program runs from January 1st to December 31st each year, with a grace period of 2 ½ months to incur expenses after the end of your plan year. They then have until March 31st to submit the claims to American Fidelity. Any unused funds in your account after this will be forfeited.
Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) - The District fully complies with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) as adopted by the U. S. Congress on February 5, 1993. Employees who have been employed by the District for at least 12 months and have worked at least 1,250 hours for the District in the previous 12-month period, are eligible to take 12 weeks of unpaid leave.

If you need to update your beneficary designation, complete the Life Insurance Beneficiary Designation Form, sign it and send it to Jocelyn Torres in the Human Resources Department.
