Comprehensive Plan

  • Every school district in Pennsylvania shall develop and file with the Department of Education a Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan can be thought of as a roadmap on where the District is going in relation to curriculum, instruction, assessment and various other components. The Plan is developed by committees comprised of teachers, administrators, and community members and needs to be approved by the local school board.
