NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE
Children are eligible for kindergarten enrollment if they are five (5) years old on or before September 1st.

A COMPLETED REGISTRATION PACKET IS REQUIRED AT YOUR
APPOINTMENT TIME WHICH INCLUDES:
REQUIRED INFORMATION:
- Student’s Birth Certificate
- Student’s Immunization Record
- Name and Address of Previous School/Transfer Card
- Exit Grades/Report Card/Transcript
- Student’s IEP If Applicable
- Parent/Guardian Photo Id/Driver’s License
- Four (4) Proofs of Residency:
*REQUIRED – Current Lease/Deed (Mortgage Statement), Bills for Utilities (PECO, Cable, Phone), Insurance, Bank Statement, Moving Permit, Auto Registration
SPECIAL RESIDENCY SITUATION REQUIREMENTS:
If any of the below situations apply to your child or family, additional documentation is required for registration.
- A student living with someone other than his/her parents
- A student residing without a parent at an address in the Morrisville Borough School District must supply a notarized AFFIDAVIT from the district resident.
- A student living with his/her parent at the home of a relative or friend
- A student who, along with his/her parents, is living at the home of a relative or friend in the Morrisville Borough School District must supply a completed CERTIFICATE OF MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY from the district resident.
