School Health Requirements

Pennsylvania State Law requires all students to provide the school nurse with documentation of Physical and dental examinations at specified intervals. 

All Students entering school for the first time, Kindergarten or 1^st grade, must have a current Dental (within 6 months of the start of school), and Physical exams (dated after May 1st or 4 months prior to the start of school). 

All Students entering 6^th  and 11^th grade must have a physical exam (dated after May 1st or 4 months prior to the start of school).

All Students entering 3^rd and 7^th grade must have a dental exam (within 6 months of the start of school).
